I need an engineer

My network is down. I have followed the steps to check it online but the message says it’s unable to do so. I can’t book an engineer online as it says I need to have had an online check first. I have called the helpline who has passed me back to the first link so I am going around in a loop. Please can you book an engineer asap my account no is 1050746005

Hi @lisamarieclegg1 

Try using the /check-services/i  function again tomorrow, hopefully it will be working then and you can also a run a test on your equipment from there. 

If nothing is showing  or it's not working then you could also try the automated Service Status number  0800 561 0061.  This often gives details of more local issues down to postcode level.
