I need Wi-Fi pods

I have a low Wi-Fi connection in 2 rooms. How do I get Wi-Fi pods as I read that these are free if areas are under 20mbps?

Sorry to hear you're getting some slow speeds. 

Have you checked each room for WiFi blackspots using the Connect App? Has it confirmed a WiFi pod is needed?
