I keep getting emails to return equipment?

I've received three emails, two texts and packaging and packaging to return my router and WiFi extender - but I'm still a Virgin Media customer, and haven't upgraded any equipment. 

Could a member of the team  look into it for me, please?

This is bit of a strange one 
I can look into this for you though and work out what has happened
If you don't mind, I will need to send you a private message to pass security 
If you can check the purple envelope top right of your screen that would be great

There's nothing in my messages but I'll keep checking.

Nothing showing on the purple envelope, top right of the screen when logged in to the forum?  Should be a yellow circle with a white number (probably 1) adjacent.

No, nothing is showing. I've opened my messages to check, but there's nothing there.
