In addition, on this page - https://www.virginmedia.com/help/broadband/set-up-intelligent-wifi, under "WiFi Pod Performance" and then "My lights are pulsing for longer than expected", the link to WiFi Pods Troubleshooting Guide does not work.

https://www.virginmedia.com/help/broadband/set-up-intelligent-wifi is the link with the issues - your link doesn't link.

Hello VM_logTP, thank you for reaching out and I am sorry to see you cannot find the help you need for the pods.

I have just tried this link and it works fine for me, how did you try accessing it?

Did you try another device or browser?

I know we've had a few issues with the website so it could of been affected by that but everything is back up and running now.

Please try this link again https://www.virginmedia.com/help/broadband/set-up-intelligent-wifi let me know what happens. Thanks

New around here?

I think I can see the problem, there’s a space at the end of the link?

Thanks for getting back to us VM_logTP.

Have you been able to access the link since your last post?

Let us know and we will do all we can to help.

Nat

No the link still doesn't work.  I've tried it on Windows 10 as well.

So on this page - https://www.virginmedia.com/help/broadband/set-up-intelligent-wifi

Scroll down to WiFi pod performance, then look for this link

This is the address it is going to - https://www.virginmedia.com/help/virgin-media-booster-and-pods-troubleshooting/virgin-media-pod-trou...   I get a 404 error message "Oops! We can't find the page you're looking for".

In complete honesty, I think that link would only go to the page that you're on currently.

Cheers,

Ryan.

Then there’s no point in having a link. Can your web team remove it?

Thank you for letting us know @VM_logTP.

Our team is currently in the process of updating elements of the website. Please bear with them while they work to do this.

Thanks,
