I can no longer log in to my hub, it says I have no access to home broadband

 this message came up yesterday as I tried to turn off my sons connection

Do a reset of the hub.

I did that yesterday, Iv just done it again, still the same I’m afraid

Some times the reset don't work and you need a new hub.

I'd try re-installing the app if your broadband is actually working!
