Hun 3.0 - green arrows flashing

All of a sudden the internet went off yesterday morning when I woke up. 

2 green flashing lights. Tried a reset a few times. No luck.

 

contacted support and was told different things. Firstly there was an issue in the area, then there wasn’t. Called again and was told a technician would come out then this was cancelled via the app automatically as they said the fault was resolved. I still don’t have any internet.

Have you tried checking with Area faults on 0800 561 0061 or if you have a VM landline 150 as small local faults are not listed on the VM status page.

They may be aware of a small local fault in the area?

Checked area faults. None

internet was back up and running yesterday so cancelled my engineer appointment.

green arrows flashing again today and no internet. 
booked another engineer but only appointment avaialble is for Friday 😡

customer support not sure what the problem is.
