Huge packet loss

I have noticed my connection has been very flakey today and I have just checked my think broadband tracker and I have been suffering huge packet loss since 3am this morning. I have rebooted modem and router to no effect. Does anyone have any suggestions before I contact support?

What are the stats like on the hub?  Error count?

Good Afternoon @Widget, thanks for your post on our Community Forums and I'm sorry to hear of the packet loss on the connection.

Can you please confirm if you have set up a Broadband Quality Monitor, or can present any stats that show the packet loss?
