Hub5 will not connect to my pod.

I recently had my Hub3 upgraded to a Hub5, but my pod will not connect to the new router. I have followed all the online advice and guidance, but cannot get the pod to connect; the white light just keeps blinking.

VM need to associate your pod with the new HUB. This should be automatic when switching between HUBs, however, it doesn't always happen.

Have just heard from VM, that they have now paired the WiFi pod to the hub. All good now!
