I use to take my hub 3 with me to another house  but just had a new hub 4 and it won’t work anywhere else any way found this

All Hubs have to be registered and activated to your account and you can only have 1 at any time.  A Hub3 would only work on your account in any other house registered on your account - I dont thnik that can be done unless you register the new address as your new account address

Try the activation line on... 0800 953 9500 (option 3) – you will need the serial number/MAC address off the barcode sticker and also your account number,

The activation line won't help as that is for when Virgin Media send you kit to activate on one address and account only.

There is no support for moving kit between addresses except when you arrange a home move with Virgin Media.
