Hub4 - wrong speed & nightly reboots

Recently got a Hub4 but still only getting 350 meg, not the 1 gig update as promised. Connected with Cat 6, PC reports 1 gig LAN speed. Also, this thing reboots itself every night between 3 and 4 a.m. - Should this be happening?

They're just asking me a lot of irrelevant questions about bank details etc 😞

I will ask Martin to get in touch as soon as possible.

He won't do anything because I'm not wasting my time answering a lot of damfool questions. We just wanted what Virgin is contracted to deliver but I've given up on getting it.
