Hub4 - wrong speed & nightly reboots

Recently got a Hub4 but still only getting 350 meg, not the 1 gig update as promised. Connected with Cat 6, PC reports 1 gig LAN speed. Also, this thing reboots itself every night between 3 and 4 a.m. - Should this be happening?

Looks ok for 1Gb/s but my DL reads slightly different as it is: 1230000450

I suspect they haven't removed the cap at their end.
