Hi... I've had my hub for about two months now and have notice that periodically the network name and password reset to it's default one... This is a pain, as my lights, doorbells and plug sockets all disconnect and need reconnecting.
Is this a common fault???

This is a very common problem with Hub 4s & has frustrated many customers.
It is caused by VM applying a WiFi policy to the Hubs in Router mode, it causing them to revert to the factory WiFI settings.
Any suggestions to perform endless RESETs of the Hub are not a fix and worse waste of your time.
If an alternative SSID is required either add WiFi access point that is under your control, or better still go to the next step and set the Hub into modem mode (thus disabling Hub WiFi) and add your own 3rd party WiFi Router that again will be fully under your control.

I am sorry to hear the network name keeps resetting on the hub 4. I appreciate that is frustrating.
How often do you find this is happening?
Has a reset not helped?
