We are in the same position received a link saying we could get the hub 4.
Ive tried that link and keep getting a message saying my link is not valid.
Have had several conversations with VM on phone, who said you the manager said you can only do it via the website.
I feel let down, having bad issues with the hub 3. Can a VM staff member sort this for me?

We had a new hub last week, and were still getting told we need a new hub3 due to a fault
