Hub4-home network has a few problems

Symptoms- if on a whatsap video call keep dropping out of call with "call reconnecting" message and beeps. Sometimes re-connects , sometimes doesn't. This happens even if within 2 feet of the hub

Network diagnostic check- have run this through the router. It says "your home network has a few problems" but no suggestion of what and how to fix

How do you actually get Virgin to fix this??

What is your connection like using a direct connection using a Cat 5E/6 cable between the Hub and a 1Gbs capable Pc/Mac/Chromebook and no other devices connected ?

No problem on ethernet connection and diagnostics says no problem

Because these are Whatsap video calls these only apply to mobile phone calls

Zoom calls on ipad are ok.

But..if network diagnostics says "your home network has some problems" it would suggest that that it's the network rather than a specific device?
