  • My Hub 3.0 has a constant red light.
  • Wifi has failed twice in the past two weeks. 
  • Rectifying only with a Reboot

If the Hub 3 feels or smells hotter than normal call it in as a Hub 3 overheating fault.

I'm sorry to hear about the issues with the red light on the hub.
Please can you ensure that the hub is in an open space, away from anything else, take out all the cables and put them back in and reboot the hub?
