So, at the request of my mother. I went into our router settings to change our wifi password. It then disconnected us and I tried to enter the new password I put.
I keep getting messages on all my devices saying it’s the incorrect password.
So I then change it back to the original factory password. And still, I am getting messages on my devices saying that it’s the wrong password. I have input both the new and old password and not one are working. I have rebooted my modem several times and nothing has changed. And I can no longer get into my settings to sort it out as I can’t connect my phone to the wifi.

Do a pin hole reset, it will set the hub back to the settings displayed on the bottom of the hub. Do not forget that there are two passwords, the WiFi one and the hub’s admin one, both will be reset.

Hi @Tomgr95x,

Welcome to our Community Forums and thanks for your post.

Sorry to hear you're having some issues with the password not being accepted.

As @Tudor has advised, a pinhole reset should help clear this. Did you manage to get it sorted?
