Hi,
My Hub3 has a constant red light all of the time.
I have followed all the help, to re set, power down for 30 mins etc and it remains the same with a very unstable connection and much slower than it used to be. I did try and log this and when spoke to support said is it a fault router, overheated etc, although it does standalone away from anything and was told there was an unstable issue in the area. Whilst that has been resolved now, my connection is still very unstable all of the time and not what i would expect from my connection and the hub is running hot.

You will almost certainly need a replacement hub given that you have already tried the initial fixes. VM team will respond soon.
