Hub3 and WiFi pods

Hi there,

I recently moved into my new property, and had my Hub3 transferred, and my connection upgraded to a 500Mbps contract (and have Volt as well)

I do have some weaker spots in the WiFi, and want to try out using some WiFi pods to see whether it will resolve the issue?

Is this still a case of phoning customer support to order 2 of these pods?

Thanks in advance!

You can call  0800 064 3850 to order the first one - or follow instructions on that website - or just wait here for a VM person to respond in a day or two and they will sort the first one for you . If you call dont get fobbed off by the offshore CS agents' saying you aren’t eligible it will be £5 or £8 month - you are… and it wont be - just look on the webpage.

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 2 on WiFi) Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's & TP-Link Archer C64 WAP. On Volt 350Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.

Hello nick67.

Thanks for your first post and welcome to our Community.
Sorry to hear you are having an issue with Wi-Fi coverage.

I can assure you as a Volt Customer, you can have a maximum of 3 pods free.

We can only send one out at a time.
I'd like to take a look into this for you.
If you don't mind, I will need to send you a private message to pass security.
If you can check the purple envelope top right of your screen that would be great.
