Hub3 Red light status LED

Hi

About a month ago our 3 1/2 year old hub3 status led turned red.

Reading the status led page it said it was overheating. Its on a shelf with plenty of ventilation. We turned it off overnight and when turned back on it was solid red all the time.

Sometimes it looks orange othertimes red. 

Now we are getting random reboots. Admittedly we are at home more so may notice slight changes in service more than a year ago.

Other articles say it could be the led has worn out.

I assume its just the hub3 being old. How can I get a new one sent out?

Any other ideas?
