Hub3.0 doesn't show "Modem mode" on the menu

I tried my Hub3 into Modem Mode because recently I bought a TP-Link router. However when I logged into 192.168.0.1, I found there is no Modem Mode on the left menu! I looked up the page source of the page and it seems that "Modem Mode" has been removed/hided from the menu, maybe.

Please advice me how I can set my modem in modem mode.

Thanks for the information.

Virgin Media Ireland doesn't have online chat nor email inquiry. I needed to call the customer tech support and VM support set my connection as IPv4.

Then, I need to factory reset using reset button on the back of Hub3. Finally I could set my Hub 3 in modem mode.
