I'm really sorry to hear your experiencing some issues with the internet service on both wired and wireless connections.
I have located your account using your Forum details and I can see there is an open fault ticket for SNR which means there is noise on the line which can cause the issues you are experiencing. The fault reference for this is F006533292 and the review date for this is the 18th September 2018 at 9am.
