Hub2 WiFi keeps dropping.

Hi,

my Superhub2 WiFi keeps loosing signal to my devices.

I’ve reset my router and changed channels in hopes this would fix it, but it didn’t. It seems to be happening more frequently, which is really annoying. Can anyone help?

Is it losing signal or disconnecting like mine?
I have to keep establishing the wifi connection to make it work again?

I guess it’s disconnecting because I need to turn WiFi off and on again on devices to temporarily fix it.

I'm really sorry to hear your experiencing some issues with the internet service on both wired and wireless connections.

I have located your account using your Forum details and I can see there is an open fault ticket for SNR which means there is noise on the line which can cause the issues you are experiencing. The fault reference for this is F006533292  and the review date for this is the 18th September 2018 at 9am.

If you are still experiencing this issues after the 18th please pop back and let us know so we can investigate this further for you.
