Hub settings password error

Can't access hub settings and the factory reset password doesn't work either. Tried contacting virgin but can't actually get through to speak to a human about it.

The RESET button needs to be pressed for a timed 60 seconds.

Then give the Hub plenty of time to get its act together.

I am so sorry that you have faced issues with your Hub settings page and thank you so much for our community members for assisting. 

 

Can I ask what happens when you try to access the page? Are you ensuring to enter the Hub setting password and not the network password you use to connect to the WiFi?
