Hub security.

My ipad is telling me that the security on my hub is not secure, the message says 'WPA/WPA2 (TKIP) is considered not secure.  If this is your Wi-Fi network, configure the router to use WPA2 (AES) or WPA3 security type.'

I also use android devices and nothing like this comes up on them.

Is this something I need to put right and if so how do I go about it?
