Hub power light and WiFi flashing green

Hi I woke up this morning and my wife isn’t working. The WiFi and power are both flashing green. I have checked all connections and checked outside also and there are no loose wires. Can anyone help?

What does the 0800 561 0061 number say? Are there any local faults?

you'll need to call it in then - 0345 454 1111 (or 150 from a virgin line)

you can also wait here for a response from VM, but that can take a couple of days...
