Have you managed to resolve this since your message?
If not, have you tried performing a pinhole reset as suggested by @TobyTyler77? I'd recommend giving this a go if you haven't already. This is done by poking a paperclip or similar into the pinhole labelled RESET for at least 20 seconds. Please bear in mind that this would revert any settings or passwords to their default and disconnect any wireless devices.
If you've tried this with no success, have you logged into our service page using your MyVM details to run home diagnostics on your equipment?
