Hub issue

My hub displays a constant red light. I have tried re booting etc but to no avail

Any suggestions?

Thats the "overheating" signal. Is it getting warm? Is it in the open or in a cupboard (or similar).

Or... you are in modem mode when the light turns to magenta/pink/red - depending on your eyesight and descriptive powers.
