Hi @Lukesimmo, thanks for reaching out to us and a warm welcome to the Virgin Media forums.

I'm sorry to hear about the issues with the Wi-Fi and the hub.
I've had a look on my end and it seems to show a good connection and good Wi-Fi connection.

May I ask how many devices you have?
What type of devices are they?

Are you able to take out all the cables and put them back in?
Can you also perform a pin hole reset on the back of the Virgin Media hub?
Pop a pin in the reset pin hole for 40 seconds.
You can also check here for issues relating to Wi-Fi.

Let us know how it goes.

Kind regards,
Ilyas.

Hi,

I have around 4 devices Connected to the wifi.

have also preformed a reset a number of times and still no luck. Have contacted support quite a few times so thought I would give the community a go.

when I had a virgin media engineer in he advised to get in contact for a new hub to be sent out as we have the old hub.

Thanks for the response on that Lukesimmo,

To clarify when did you have the appointment?

Also do you have a Hub 3?

Let us know,

Kain

I do have the hub 3 one of the old ones. The engineer attended around 2 months ago.

again today WiFi kept dropping out makes it impossible to work from home as it’s so unreliable. Please say there is something you can do to help

Hi @Lukesimmo,

Thanks for clarifying. We'd only replace the hub 3, like for like, if it was faulty.

I've ran some checks now and again have been unable to identify any problems.

How are things over a wired connection?

If its purely a WiFi issue, you may benefit from our new WiFi Max. To find out more see here
