Hub connection

I have a smart heater that connects to 2GEXT but the hub keeps connecting to 5GEXT so I can’t use the heater.  How can I change this

Re: Hub connection

OK...

Then what do you mean by "the hub keeps connecting to 5GEXT"?

Re: Hub connection

On all devices the WiFi shows at 5G but when I try and change it to 2G it won’t let me join the network.  I have an extender because the heater is located in my converted garage.  According to the heaters instructions I should change my router to pick up the 2 rather than the 5.

Re: Hub connection

Just connect the heating stuff to the 2.4Ghz band manually.
