Using the Virgin App I paused our Sony TV last night but this morning it isn't showing up as a device in the app even though interent access has been stopped on the TV (can't play Netflix etc). I've rebooted the Hub/Router but still nothing showing - any ideas?

Sorry to hear that you're having issues with the connect app and for any inconvenience it may be causing you. First of all, has anything changed since posting? Also, have you tried uninstalling/re-installing the app itself? Also, have you checked here?
