Hi, my WiFi keeps dropping out supposed to be 500Mb but absolute poop!!

When it does work (about 30% of the time) I get less than 200Mb on 5Ghz and 20 on 2.4! I’ve got 2 pods but still only cover half the house when it is working. Keep losing Sky and having to log back in.

Hi, thanks for replying, Virgin contacted me, “did something” their end, asked me to reboot the hub and it was fine for a month or so, then same happened and again. Every time I reset I have to connect EVERYTHING again and with 3 kids that’s a right pain!

I’m literally sat next to the hub and getting 114 download 36 upload then it drops out and I’m back to 4G !

Ok, just turned off, unplugged and restarted hub, 66 download 36 upload! WiFi has dropped out 11 times in last hour!

Sounds like a pain and I am sure the kids are letting you know all about it.
Check for local issues on 0800 561 0061 and ensure that all cables and connections are tight and secure and not kinked or damage.
Type 192.168.0.1 in to a browser, don't log in, and select the link that says Check Network Status, and copy and paste all of data from all of the tabs here.
