Hub Rebooting

Has anyone else in the Burgess Hill, West Sussex Area experienced a problem with Internet Service between 11:09 and 12:00 today? My router went offline and kept rebooting for 50min - Service seems to be back and stable now ( 12:20).

I have been aware of Hub Firmware updates - but these usually only take a few minutes - this was nearly an hour outage...

Possibly a technician was working on your local cabinet.
