Hub Problem (Help Help Help !!)

Hi Guys ( & Girls just incase)

i currently have a Hub 2, worked fine for years....lots of problems last 72 hours (no internet : ( )...hence virgin sending out a new hub......however....for my virgin fiber cable, is there not an adapter on the market so i can use or bypass the virgin hub?...(i.e not use their hub at all???) so connect my virgin cable to either a connector to fit into an alternative hub/router...????

There is no way you can connect to Virgin without using their hub.

Re: Hub Problem (Help Help Help !!)

forgive my lack of experience and expertise, but why?...if i have a coax cable from virgin coming into my property, why can't i just connect my own hub rather than rely on the virgin hub?
