Hub : Green Wi-Fi lights

Can someone help me please , I just moved house and tried to re install , my hub is flashing Green and I’ve checked all the wires are working also there’s no issues with Wi-Fi in the area

Possibly disconnected at the street cabinet, cal pre-installs team on 0800 052 1734 8AM- 9PM Monday - Friday or 8AM-6PM Saturday and Sunday

Or if its the old Hub it may not have been `ctivated properly to your account at the new property (for some reason)

Try the the equipment activation number on - 0800 953 9500 (option 3) – you will need the serial number/MAC address off the barcode sticker and also your account number - see what they say
