Hub Connection

My Windows 11 laptop keeps connecting to one of my wifi pods rather than the hub. This happens even when I'm only a few feet away from the hub and means my wifi speeds are greatly reduced. It doesn't happen with any other devices.

Any ideas how to fix this?

Move the WiFi Pod further away from the Hub.

Hi @MCam 👋,

Thank you for your post and welcome to our forums 🙌

I am sorry you are having issues with your pods and connection. As @Client62 and @legacy1 have advised you would need to move your pod away from your hub.
I have checked our systems and can see there is a capacity issue on your 2.ghz frequency. I would advise having more devices connected by ethernet when you can and a reboot may help, I can see you have not rebooted in 9 days.
I have checked the WiFi health and all looks fine.

I would also advise getting our connect app which you can find 👉 here, this will give you more of an insight into your devices and equipment.
Please keep us posted on this 😊

Thanks,

Zoie
