Hub 5x and VM connect Issues.

Hi all

I’m a new customer and have the 5x hub. My VM app can’t find the hub. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app and also rebooted the hum but still can’t connect. Any ideas? Jin was installed on Monday so I’m wondering is there a certain time you have to wait??

The critical piece is the VM Connect app needs the VM Back Office platform to point to your Hub 5x.  Until that happens the VM Connect app is unable to work & we are not in a position to affect when that occurs so all we can do is try again in a few days.

It is quick and easy to manage a Hub via its menu, usually this would be at http://192.168.0.1/ 
The initial password for the Hub is on a  sticker which may be may be bottom side of the Hub.
Note: the Hub menu password differs from the Wi-Fi password.
