Hub 5 slow

Hi upgraded last week from hub 3 -350mb 

to hub 5 1gb getting 1150 at hub but only 

400-600mb on device done all resets can someone help please thanks

Thanks for letting us know Mirinda1974, from checking the connection and equipment I can see there are some issues with the downstream power levels that will require a technician. I will send you a Private Message to get some more details to arrange this.
