Hub 5 slow

Hi upgraded last week from hub 3 -350mb 

to hub 5 1gb getting 1150 at hub but only 

400-600mb on device done all resets can someone help please thanks

Hi I have got to link deco worked a treat with hub 3 can’t get speeds over 250mb with it.

Hi Martin not a lot really he couldn’t understand why I was being put on a DFS CHANNEL he changed the hub but it’s still the same.thanks.

Sorry to hear this is ongoing for you @Mirinda1974 

Are you're speed concerns only over WiFi. 

If so, is on devices further away from the router, or does this happen everywhere? Does the device(s) pick up the WiFi signal at all or does the connection slow/drop outs intermittently?  

Please can you run a Sam Knows speed test on a PC / Laptop / SmartPhone / Tablet from the room(s) you're experiencing speed issues in and let me know the results. When you run the checks, please ensure you do not have a VPN enabled or have other devices actively using the internet connection at the time of the test i.e streaming / downloading / gaming etc

Hi have done the test saying 1050 at hub only 400 at laptop. 
have 2 reboot hub most days as only getting 

about 350 got more speeds on my hub 3 with 350 package.always got 380.
