I have Hub 5 with one Virgin pod.
Loaded Virgin Media Connect
Clicked Broadband
Picture shows Hub and 3 wifi pods all with exclamation marks
Selected Hub
Msg Conflicting Settings
Presents two network names, I Selected my router with pod
Msg. Oops something went wrong!
I have no idea what's wrong, rebooted the Hub, no change.

Virgin Media's back end systems have not correctly updated to reflect the removal of the Hub 3 et al and its replacement with the Hub 5 + new WiFi Pod.
This is one for the VM Support Team to resolve.

I am so sorry to hear you have been having issues with your pod and hub. I can see one pod is connected from our systems, this has excellent coverage and connection. I can see your 2.5Gz frequency is at capacity and would benefit from having some devices connected via a wired connection.
How has this been since your post? Are the offline pods the ones you are having issues with?

Thanks for the msg.
I've got another wifi pod on the way, hopefully it will help with my coverage issue.
I can move my printer to ethernet but struggling with amazon echoes and ring cameras.
