Hi guys, hoping someone can help.
I installed my Hub 5 last week and I get perfect 1GB download via ethernet connection to my PC. However, none of my devices can discover any wifi network, neither 2.4ghz or 5ghz are visibile.
I have followed all the steps online (checked connections, restarted router), spoken to the service team 3 times so far and the only solution they have is a pinhole reset, which I had done and has not changed anything.
I have also tried accessing the hubs settings at http://192.168.0.1 however after I login, I just get a blank screen with light blue background and a router picture - I get no options to click in to advanced or anything as described by Jbrennand in this post. https://community.virginmedia.com/t5/Networking-and-WiFi/Hub-5-not-been-seen-by-devices/td-p/4969717
Does anyone else have any ideas? I was happy with the hub 3 because it actually worked.

Hi,
Have you tried resetting the browser cache before accessing 192.168.0.1? Some time ago I could not access the UI on the hub until I had reset the cache.
Just a thought.

We can see you have spoken to the team in regards to this and they appear to have resolved the issue during the call? Is this correct?
