Hub 5 not connected to internet

I just tried to upgrade my hub 4, which was working perfectly, to hub 5. While I can get the hub 5 to connect, and can see and connect to the wifi with my phone, there is no internet connection. There is even no internet on the ethernet cable connection to my PC or phone line plugged into the hub.

I have remade all the connections and rebooted several times but still not working. I have switched back to my hub 4 and all working again.

I note that there is no splitter provided with the new equipment, see image below - is this required?

If the old HUB still works then the HUB 5 may not be activated.

Try the activation number 0800 953 9500.

Thanks Carl, all sorted now although I did have to go  through to the support line to complete the activation.
