Whenever I try to log into the admin controls on the Hub 5, it takes me through this install wizard and whenever I finish it, the "See you soon!" screen comes up and I click finish. The problem is that this is the only thing that comes up and going back to the 192 IP address brings me back to the beginning of the install wizard.
I have already tried resetting the router but the infinite loop continues.
