Hub 5 flashing blue light

Had my Internet completely drop. My router has a flashing blue light. I have attempted  to reset and hard reset which has failed, still got flashing blue lights  with no Internet.

Try checking with Area faults on 0800 561 0061 or if you have a VM landline 150 as small local faults are not listed on the VM status page.

Hi thanks for the tip. Unfortunately no issues with broadband in my area according to this

I'm in s72 postcode area s hiendley just down the road mines gone off as well on the trial tried ringing virgin gave up on them,

Yes we are the same, internet disconnected , tried hub 5 reset but blue light on the hub flashing. Area 14 

BD20.
