I'd appreciate it if someone could help explain some of my status log entries for my Hub 5.

Hub performance seems good, although it has recently rebooted itself on a couple of occasions.

I have ran a quick check on your hub and the local network.

Sadly right now we do have an SNR issue which is due to be fixed on the 13th March at 10 AM

This is logged under reference number F010517119.

Thanks for the update. I’ll continue to monitor the issues and get back to you if they are still present after the 13th. 
Am I correct in assuming that the error messages in the log, timeouts, rs errors and a reduced upstream qam can all be attributed to excess line noise?

This is a noise-to-ratio outage on our local network so it may have affected your connection quality and stability, please rest assured our engineers are working on a fix.

Upon out latest checks, this is yet to be resolved around 10am tomorrow so please keep us posted and let us know if you need more help when this problem has cleared out.

Restarted hub 24 hours after maintenance work should have been completed.

No improvement

RS errors, Timeouts and QAM 16 on upstream. None of this is as it should be - see below

Either maintenance work has not been done or I have a specific issue with my connection.  Either way, I think I have been pretty patient but now need it fixed asap.

I've taken a look at our systems and it looks like the ongoing SNR (Signal to Noise Ratio) Outage is still ongoing and the estimated fix time has been moved to tomorrow Friday 17/03/23 at 10:10am.

The fault number is F010517119. We do apologise that this issue is ongoing and impacting you. Please keep us updated on how you get on tomorrow so we can look into this further if needed.
