I'd appreciate it if someone could help explain some of my status log entries for my Hub 5.

Hub performance seems good, although it has recently rebooted itself on a couple of occasions.

You need to post the Upstream as well.  There is noise on the Downstream, as noted by the PostRS errors, one for VM to fix.

The US profile changing is most likely down to noise on the line, as it's moving profiles to cope.

Your US should all be QAM64, and being QAM16 is another sign of the Hub dropping down to cope with line faults.  Also too many T3 timeouts IMHO,

VM will need to send a technician to resolve unless there is a local fault.  Wait here a day or two for a VM Mod to pick this up.

In the meantime, check all the connections, from the Hub to outside are all finger tight.  Loose connections can cause noise ingress.

Thanks again.  Thought it looked odd but wasn't what the issue was.

I'm new to the forum.  You say a VM moderator will pick this up, so no need for me to contact VM directly?

If you can wait a few days, a VM Mod will respond.  If you need this sorted any faster, then you will need to ring in.

Thank you for making contact.

No improvement according to the hub status messages and upstream and downstream data. Number of critical error messages and repeated changing of channels presumably in an attempt to mitigate the noise issues. 
Think it needs fixing asap.
