I have upgraded to a hub 5 and have the worst internet connection in the world it goes down constantly and has to be rebooted or reset every day.
I am supposed to work from home. Thank god for mobile hot spot

I can appreciate the frustraiton caused during any service issues,
Sending messages within multiple may further delay a response in any previous threads that you have opened.
