I have tried to connect my new hub 5 and all I'm getting is a rapid flashing white light can any one help

When you first turn on the hub 5 it will go through an update procedure which can take upto 30min, it could be doing this if it has been activated by VM

Are you an existing customer? If so if your previous hub still works then the hub5 is not activated, call Equipment activation on 0800 953 9500
