Hub 5 Wi Fi 6 upgrade

Hello, does anyone know how I can get a Hub 5 with Wi Fi 6? I am an existing customer and have been for 5 years. I know Virgin released the Hub 5 late in 2021 and read it was to be offered to existing customers in 2022, we are now in June and I have not been offered one. Any help would be appreciated Thanks Ashley

There are no rollout plans at this stage, the hub is still under trial

Thanks I did read it was available on the VirginO2 site? I hope it boots up quicker than a Hub 3 does !!

VM did not announce the hub5 for general release late 2021, it was announced in October 2021, but there never has been a release date. It is still under an invite only ‘soft’ testing phase. As to being fully released it’s any bodies guess. You should aim for February 29th 2023!

If you want wifi6 now... then you could put the VM Hub into modem mode and get yourself a wifi6 router or Mesh system

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 2 on WiFi) Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's & TP-Link Archer C64 WAP. On Volt 350Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.

It will be 2023 and VM will say ooh we released the hub 5 Months ago we just didn't want to tell anyone.
