Hello,
we have just recently upgraded to Hub 5 after being on Hub 4 (No problems what so ever).
Now the internet is really slow / keeps timing out the wifi on Pc's / Phones. Connecting Tv's sems fine but thats only for netflix?
Is the modem fault or is there any sort of settings I can change to make it faster? (5ghz / 2.4ghz wifi is equaly as bad.
Wired seems okay
Thanks for any advice!

Try splitting the SSID and disable all the Smart Optimisation features on the WiFi. The Hub 5 is still in trials, so expect a few issues. Also, I believe the ax mode can't be switched off for older wifi devices that maybe need b/g/n mode.
• Access your Hub by navigating to 192.168.0.1
• Login with the default login info (on base of Hub) unless you've already updated it.
• Go to Advanced Settings > Wireless > Security
• Under Wireless Frequency 2.4GHz change the Wifi Network Name (SSID), suggest append _2 to the end.
• Repeat for the Wireless Frequency 5GHz, suggest append _5 to the end and click on Apply changes
• Try to avoid spaces and periods in the SSID names as they can cause issues with certain devices.
