Hub 5 Order Issue

Hi. 

Did anyone else order a new free Hub 5? I ordered a couple of weeks ago on the Virgin website and booked it for 4th November but have heard nothing since.

VM have stopped the free upgrades for the moment. This is to preserve stocks for new 1GB customers. Its probably because of that.

What package are you on?

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 2 on WiFi) Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's & TP-Link Archer C64 WAP. On Volt 350Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.

250mb. Had a text saying it is being delivered on 1st December.
