Hub 5 - Ethernet Ports 3 to 5 not working

Anonymous
Not applicable

On my Hub 5, I have been using the red Ethernet port marked GBPS 2.5 to connect my PC to the internet without issue since installation over 2 years ago.  Unexpectedly the PC stopped connecting to the internet and I eventually diagnosed that Ethernet ports 3 - 5 weren’t working, but ports 1 - 2 were ok.  I’ve reset the router to factory settings, but still can only use 2 of the 5 ports.

Is there anymore I can do before I have to request a new router?

Thanks in advance.

There are 10 types of people: those who understand binary and those who don't and F people out of 10 who do not understand hexadecimal c1a2a285948293859940d9a49385a2

Plus the hubs only have four ethernet ports and not five!
